Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of your service total is required to reserve your slot. It's credited toward your total, with the balance due at your appointment.
Arriving more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time without notice forfeits both your appointment slot and your deposit.
Aftercare & Common Questions
General guidance to help your results last — you'll also get personalized instructions after your visit.
Keep lashes completely dry for the first 24–48 hours — no showers, steam, sauna, or crying marathons. After that, water is totally fine.
You won't need mascara with extensions, and it's best avoided. If you do wear eye makeup, stick to oil-free formulas and skip waterproof mascara and oil-based removers, which break down the adhesive.
Brush them gently with a clean spoolie daily and cleanse with a lash-safe, oil-free cleanser. Avoid rubbing, pulling, or sleeping face-down on them so they last as long as possible.
For about 24 hours, skip hot showers or baths, direct sun exposure, tight clothing, and sweaty workouts — freshly waxed skin is more sensitive and this helps avoid irritation.
Mild redness or small bumps are a normal short-term reaction and usually settle within a few hours. A soothing, fragrance-free gel can help — reach out to the studio if anything feels off or doesn't calm down.
Lash fills are typically every 2–3 weeks to keep a set looking full. For waxing, most clients rebook every 4–6 weeks in line with their natural hair growth cycle.
